AMH for children, utilizes right and left brain by connecting sound, sight and touch. The pure tone is made
with the tuning fork and then the correlating color is used to create a physical representation of the sound. The
bottom pictures show comparatively, two different children listening to the same sounds and arranging the
colors according to sound. This can be done with a variety of tactile materials-the object is for the child to be
able create three dimensional sound. The glasses are from mind-spa and are set to 35-13 hz with intervals of
high and low beta frequencies for active learning. They would only be used with older children and adults.

| AMHC ReallyWorks! The book "Beyond Natural Cures" describes a child's healing from autism and how the AMHC method was an instrumental part of the healing protocol. Below is a news article about the child, unfortunately, the press was more interested in a story about a child prodigy and not a story of a sick child that was healed and overcame insurmountable odds!! However, with that in mind, enjoy the story below. Special note: As I adhere to the Waldorf Method, I do not recommend starting children out on piano,but on pentatonic instruments such as a lyre, glockenspiel, or flute. Building a natural progression of musical confidence, as pentatonic instruments have no dissonance. |
