These hand-made necklaces are prepared according to Jyotish and ancient Ayurvedic color
recommendations. Jyotish is not popular in the west-but it is a branch of Ayurveda that recommends
stones according to constitution/dosha or birth planets like the rashi (moon) , rising, and sun signs. This
is only if the planets are not in opposition or debilitated. Ayurveda uses gem stones as a form of color
therapy-with each stone representing a frequency of color and planet. For instance, the wave length for
the dark blue and purple stones saphire/lapis/amethyst is aprox. 79,000 revolutions, the planet Saturn's
wave length is 65,000. In this way, astrology becomes a part of a therapeutic science.

What you are looking at is a very heavy, entire
rose quartz sphere almost an inch in diameter!!
There is also a beautifully faceted DOUBLE terminated quartz crystal on
