I met some nice friends from Toledo this weekend at a Beyond Natural Cures workshop- Hi to Sharon and Lisa and thanks for driving out!

We discussed many facets of Ayurveda and we touched lightly on constitution in terms of gems, color, sound and chakras.

If you are interested in where I get my Ayurvedic information; I rely on two main resources-primarily the work of Swami Shiva Thirta and Harish Johari. I have collected mostly all of their works and have done in depth studies on Hindu mythology and how it relates to our present body and mind state in the present time. In the book "Beyond Natural Cures" I refer to Devi's manifestations, in the book "Waking the American Dream"- I refer to Satya and Yoga Maya and in the book "Jesus Yoga Witchcraft" I refer to Brahma and Saraswati's relationship.

I will be doing another workshop at Whole Foods in Ann Arbor- which I will be posting on my website soon. The "Aurore Temple of Health" healing facility will be open on Sept. 15th- please check back on the website for pictures-It is a phenomeonal place for healing, meditation, Release, and yoga!
