

I have seen too many people trust in vitamins and not themselves. It seems like they can never get enough-viewing the body as "deficient" can be dangerous in my opinion-I think it is better that people change their minds about supplementation and get back to trusting their body and in food again-I think vitamins-like pharmaceuticals, are a shaky leg to stand on and it is easy to get carried away and think "I need to spend so much money on this, I have to have this..."
