Toxins are catching up with us!!!

We are all suffering from the toxic 60's fallout.
We must be really amazing to even have survived thus far-but it is catching up with us. I just heard that we are now in the States number 41 for life expectancy-and I have read research about nuclear fallout and infant mortality rates and fertilty difficulty are causing problems across the board. What this tells us is that the "abuse your body when your young is OK"-attitude which has been based on giving our children plastic poison toys, food colored "goodies", tainted vaccines, perfect pesticide lawns to play on, fluorescent lights in every school and kiddie meals that are not even fit for animal consumption-is now wreaking havoc on adults who have grown up-but not away from their childhood "wasteland" -sorry if that term offends you. I remember listening to a song back in the early 80's called "Teenage Wasteland" by the Who (?) and the singer proclaimed- "Your all wasted!!" indeed that annoying song has become a millenial prophecy. Although we imagined we would be still partying like it's 1999, but here it is 2007, and children are getting poisoned and killed from toys and dogs are dying from plastic in their food. The truth is, we have all been aware of this for quite some time-we heard about big American and Chinese business-selling us out in every way possible. We can no longer proclaim innocence to all the horrors and tragedies in our environment- we are too global and while the information is overwhelming and confusing..it is there to be explored nonetheless.

This only cements my belief in the Waldorf method-which prides itself on valuing children and putting only the best quality food, toys, and education into our childrens lives and bodies.
